International Shipping and Processing Policies

Prompt shipping: Products usually are shipped within two working days of the receipt of the order. In the rare instance where the product is temporarily out of stock, you will be promptly notified of the situation via
e-mail, with information as to the approximate shipping date.

No Free Shipping is Offered Outside of the United States.

International orders: If you desire an order to be shipped to a destination outside of the United States, place your order through the shopping cart. When you specify a country other than the United States in the address, the postage will default to International Priority Mail, in the amount of $15.95, which includes both postage and handling charges. Up to four pounds can be shipped in one package, at that rate. Shipping to Mexico or Canada carries a different International Priority Mail rate. That rate can be selected by clicking on the drop-down arrow (in the shopping-cart shipping area, right below "Shipping to a different address?"), then choosing Mexico and Canada International Mail 4-lb. limit.

If the shipping cost will exceed $15.95, we will contact you by e-mail for your approval prior to shipping your order, and hold your order until you reply, giving authorization for the item to be shipped. If you do not reply within 3 days, your order will be shipped at the higher rate quoted in our email.
